After spending time at XPONENTIAL Europe in Düsseldorf, a few shifts were hard to miss:
Defense is dominating the conversation.
Commercial UAS feels quieter.
Startups are building strong technology, but many still need sharper positioning, clearer ROI, and better customer stories.
The market is not standing still. It is maturing unevenly which creates both friction and opportunity.
